1-2-1 Personal Training is the most effective form of training for the majority of our clients. Having one of our experienced and passionate trainer’s sole focus on you, delivering well-structured and suitably challenging sessions, specifically tailored for your goals, and all in the comfort of your own private room can produce great results. Regular bespoke gym programme designs, nutritional guidance, a 100 healthy meals recipe booklet and email support is all included in our personal training packages.

2-2-1 Personal Training

Working with a friend in a 2-2-1 session with one of our trainers can be an extremely rewarding experience, while being more affordable than 1-2-1 personal training. Small group training tends to produce the best results when both individuals are of a similar ability and are working towards similar goals. Sessions will take place from the comfort of a private training room, ensuring a focused, efficient and effective workout.
