I opened Aberdeen Fitness Studio with the ambition to provide a fitness environment in which clients can feel relaxed and confident in which to fulfil their potential.

I'm able to draw on 1000s of hours of experience, working with 100s of clients, to deliver effective and enjoyable workouts. I aim to have my clients leave each session with a sense of achievement and progression.

Hard work and consistency are essential components in achieving your fitness goals, but simply pushing to exhaustion each session is ineffective over the short-term and long-term. I will give you the motivation, support and guidance to follow a well-structured and suitably challenging exercise programme, that will assist on the way to obtaining your specific goals.
