What you'll experience?

4 x Small Group PT sessions

Fully coached sessions designed to get you stronger and improve your physique. Capped at a maximum of 4 individuals, ensuring you get the individual attention you need. 

Initial One-to-One session

A chance to introduce you to the key exercises in our small group training programme, and allow your coach to fully access and tailor your programme to your individual level and needs.​

Support & Accountability

You'll work with your own dedicated and highly experienced coach, who will get to know you and provide personal support and guidance

Fully equipped private gym
