Aberdeen Fitness Studio is a private personal training studio specialising in small group personal training and 1-2-1 sessions.

We help our clients get stronger, lose fat, improve their fitness and become more confident!

We run both female and male group personal training sessions, along with 1-2-1 sessions and larger team training workouts.

Whether it is small group PT or 1-2-1 session, our well equipped private studio with expert coaching is the ideal environment to work towards and reach your fitness goals.

Unlike commercial gyms, there is no competition for equipment, no hassle, no intimidation and no egos!

I opened Aberdeen Fitness Studio with the ambition to provide a fitness environment clients can feel relaxed and confident in which to fulfil their potential. I can draw on 1000s of hours of experience working with numerous clients to deliver effective and enjoyable workouts.
