I opened Aberdeen Fitness Studio with the ambition to provide a fitness environment clients can feel relaxed and confident in which to fulfil their potential. I can draw on 1000s of hours of experience working with numerous clients to deliver effective and enjoyable workouts. I aim to have my clients leave each session with a sense of achievement and progression.
